Users: It is the number of individuals who can access the system through separate login ids.
Team: It is a group of users. Each user can only be in one group at a time.
Access Level: It is the amount of access to functionality and features, which users can have within the system.
Owner: It is the users who owns the Simplify360 account, and under whose name the subscription is registered. Ownership is transferable and has the absolute access to the system. Ref. Appendix A.
Admin: It is the users, which has complete control of the system within the limit of his/her team. Ref. Appendix A.
Member: It is the users who can mostly only manage channels and profiles but cannot create them. Ref. Appendix A.
Viewer: It is the users who can only view dashboards on the system but cannot act. Ref. Appendix A.
Channel: It is the social networking profiles like LinkedIn Profile, Facebook Page, Facebook profile, Twitter profile etc.
Keyword Profile: It is the combinations of keywords, which users input for data collections.
Volume Limit: It is the number of conversation that a keyword profile can collect within a period of one month.
Messages/Conversations/Mentions: It is used to define the conversation tracked from the web. It can be Tweets, Facebook Updates, Blog Posts, Video Posts, and Image posts. Each message makes 1 Volume Count.
Influencer: It is the profile of the Twitter users or Facebook users who have made the update. The system provides facility for users to sort influencer based on different criteria.
Dashboard: It is a collection of charts and graphs.
Play/Pause: It is an action, which users can act on keyword profile to stop or restart data collection process.
Tags: It is an identifier that is used to group a collection of messages/conversations defined by a simple or complex keyword combinations. Tags can have much complex query than the keyword profile’s query.
Assign: It is an action through which users can share a message with another users within the system. Each assignment is considered as one Task creation.
Priority Level: Each message being assigned can carry a tag called priority (High, Medium or Low) than defines the urgency of the task.
Task: Each assignment is considered a Task. Each Task has its own lifetime indicated by its message/task status.
Task/Message Status: Message status shows if a particular task has been opened, closed or pending.
Workflow: It is a console within the system where users can see all the opened, closed and pending task.
Case Details: The history of each task (or a thread of conversation related to each task) is considered as a case. Once each task is complete, Case is considered to be closed, else it will remain open.
Engagement Console: It is a console within the system where users can add streams of conversations from different sources like keyword profiles, Twitter Channels, Facebook Channels etc.
Stream: It is columnar UI element where conversation from particular source can be seen.
Engagement Console Tab: It is a separate tab within the engagement console. Each tab can hold maximum of 6 streams.
Channel Analytics: It is the complete analytics for Facebook pages, LinkedIn Groups and Twitter pages. Each analytics dashboard contains details on community, updates details etc.
Schedule: It is an act of scheduling a message publishing action for later time. It can be achieved through Publish section.
Notification: It is UI element that notifies users on any changes happening in the system like error messages, action completed etc.
Custom Sites: It is a site, which can be added separately into the system for tracking.
Intelligence Dashboard: It is a dashboard, which contains text analysis on the data collected.
