In Simplify360, you can create your own User Access levels.
Go To Admin and Manage Role/Permission
Here, you can see all the different Roles, which are available. There are 3 types of roles you can create Organization Roles, Profile Level Roles and Workbasket Level Roles.
- Organization roles are for overall control of the product.
- Profile roles are only for features related to keyword profiles.
- Workbasket roles are only for your team members grouped in a workbasket.
When you click on Permission, you get to see list of the entire permission access available in the product.
