Setting up a frequent complainer alerts allows you to trigger an email when someone is talking about your brand more than certain numbers, which is definable by you, within a specific time frame.
In the Setting sections, go to Frequent Complainer Alerts section, and click on ADD COMPLAINER ALERT button.
In the settings of the Alert:
- Choose the source, which you want to track.
- Choose the time period within which you want to track the customers.
- Choose the minimum no of complaints, after which the email will be triggered.
- Choose the users who will receive these email alerts.
Note that you can also add additional email ids of users.
