Setting Up Frequent Complainer Alerts

Setting up a frequent complainer alerts allows you to trigger an email when someone is talking about your brand more than certain numbers, which is definable by you, within a specific time frame.

In the Setting sections, go to Frequent Complainer Alerts section, and click on ADD COMPLAINER ALERT button.


In the settings of the Alert:

  1. Choose the source, which you want to track.
  2. Choose the time period within which you want to track the customers.
  3. Choose the minimum no of complaints, after which the email will be triggered.
  4. Choose the users who will receive these email alerts.

Note that you can also add additional email ids of users.
