How To Close A Ticket?

Once you have replied to the message and the task is complete. You can click on the SOFT CLOSE button. All the cases with soft close will automatically be CLOSED after 3/5 days based on your account settings. Once the button is clicked, you will be prompted to fill the CASE Detail FORM. The case details form is created by the ADMIN.

  1. In the Message Section, Click on Inbox


  1. In the message click on the SOFT CLOSE  button on the right-hand side.
  1. CASE DETAILS form will prompt user to fill the details of the case.


You can create the case form in the Settings Section of the Listen.
