Creating A New Customer Information

You can create a new lead from the Message Section.

Click on the Add Lead  in the message.

An interface on the right hand side will appear where you can input the details of the user.

  1. Click on Add Customer Information to open the FIELDS.
  2. Provide relevant details and click on SAVE.

The contact will automatically appear on the Customer Information Management section for the Admin. Lead can also be created from the users who have taken the survey.
