This is the section where you will be able to view all the customer information which has been collected by your team members. In this section you can view the list of contacts and their details, which has been added by the team.
SECTION 1.0.1 MANAGE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You can assign a contact as a lead to your sales representative.
In the contact details, click on Assign Customer Details
In addition to assigning a lead, provide some note to your sales representative.
When a contact is assigned as a lead, the status of the contact will change to Assigned.
Click on the workflow to view the details of the lead.
You can also click on CALLBACK to remind the sales team.
When any action is being carried on a lead, an email notification will be sent to respective members
