Assigning Messages

In the message section, check box all the messages, which you want to assign and CLICK on ASSIGN button  present on the top of the messages.

You will have to choose the team members or a workbasket, set the priority and leave a note.

When the message is assigned, a unique ticket is created which will be used to reference to the message being assigned. 


In addition to manually assigning the messages, you can also create a workflow to automate the process.
