FAQs are the knowledge base that can be created in Simplify360. It enables users to access information about the product and service quickly from the system itself, and saves lot of time of the user.
- Go to Admin Menu and Click on Manage FAQs.
- Click on Add FAQs
- In the FAQs section, provide name and content. In addition to this, provide appropriate tags for the FAQ and also assign it to a profile. Everything FAQs are associated with the particular profile.
This is important because, whenever you are responding to any message the FAQs related to that profile is automatically pulled to the publish section.
