In Facebook, fans or non-fans generally post on comment or on the wall of the Facebook Page. Brands need to address such comment with priority and delight your fans or customers through prompt response.
You can measure your performance on Facebook at ENGAGEMENT AND RESPONSE tab.
- Go to INSIGHTS > Facebook Analytics
- Click on the Facebook Channel whose Analytics you want to see.
- On the LEFT-HAND menu, Click on ENGAGEMENT AND RESPONSE.
- Scroll down to the 5th ROW of the dashboard.
General Response Rate or User Posts shows the number of User’s post pending to be addressed and the time it has taken for your team to address the issue. If your Response Time for User Posts is less than few minutes, you have the best team.
